Teniendo en cuenta que el memorialista no allegó elementos de juicio para establecer porqué el juez de primera instancia, quien es el competente para iniciar la respectiva actuación jurisdiccional, omitió adoptar medidas para procurar el cumplimiento pretendido o tramitar y decidir algún incidente de desacato que haya sido interpuesto al efecto, se RECHAZA la pretensión formulada y se ordena remitir el correspondiente escrito a la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, para lo de su competencia.

- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General de esta Corporación se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia al señor Luis Fernando Echeverri Correa.
